Terms & Conditions

1) After order has been placed, Summur De Serendipity© will check that payment is made within 24 hours. Once verified, items will be sent out within 3 working days.

2) Summur De Serendipity© will send an email to you to confirm that your goods is sent, therefore providing us your email address is VERY IMPORTANT.

3) No Meet ups, unless otherwise stated.

 

♥ Cancellation of order

1) After payment is being made, we do not accept any cancellation of orders - No Refunds will be made, unless items is out of stock

 

♥ Payment Details

1) Payment can be made via ibanking or ATM transfers to Summur's POSB/DBS or OCBC accounts. For ibanking, you only need to provide us with you ibanking nick and transaction reference. For ATM transfers, you will need to email us a photo of your receipt!

2) Summur De Serendipity© will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided. In the event where we’re unable to verify payments, Summur De Serendipity© would require the assistance of the customer to process the order as quickly as we can.

3) Dead buyers who go missing after placing their orders will be blacklisted. We appreciate it if you let us know that you’ve changed your mind asap!

4) Prices are fixed.

 

♥ Posting

1) Please add an additional $2.50 if you wish to upgrade to registered postage.

2) We are not responsible for items lost in the mail if you opt for Normal postage instead of registered postage.

3) Please give us up to 3 working days for items to be sent out.

 

♥ Overseas Posting

1) We do ship internationally via Singpost Registered Airmail service.

2) Tracking number will be given to you once we send it out. You can track item here: http://www.singpost.com/

3) In order to know how much is your postage, you will have to register an account with us and check before checking out your shopping cart. 

 

♥ Return/Exchange

1) Exchange policy is only strictly for faulty items, and we will do a one-for-one exchange. Only when we have item is not in-stock, will we allow exchanges for a different item of similar or lower value. You can also exchange it to an item of higher value, provided that you are willing to do a top-up.

2) Strictly No Refunds.

3) Items on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
