Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Summur & Co.®  Website ('Website'). Please review the following that govern your use of our Website (Terms of Use). Your continued use of our Website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Use. By purchasing from us, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms stated on our terms & conditions page and ordering and delivery page.

 

1) After order has been placed, Summur & Co.®  will check that payment is made within 24 hours. Once verified, items will be sent out within 2-3 working days.

2) Summur & Co.® will send an email to customer to confirm that customer’s goods is sent, therefore providing us a correct email address is VERY IMPORTANT.

3) No Meet ups, unless otherwise stated.

  • For Singapore buyers, please allow 3 to 5 working days for your package to reach you.
  • For Overseas FedEx Shipping buyers, please allow 3 to 5 working days for your package to reach you.
  • For Overseas Normal Shipping buyers, please allow 8 to 12 working days for your package to reach you.

 4) If customer opted for Singpost Registered Postage, Singpost Overseas Postage, FedEx Shipping or UPS Shipping, a Registered article number or tracking number will be given to you.

**Please note that it is your responsibility to track your own parcel from time to time.

5) For Parcels that are returned to us due to customer’s negligence, customer will have to pay for the postage fees again for Summur & Co.®  to ship back the parcel to customer. Summur & Co.® will not entertain any requests of refunds.

 

 Cancellation of Order

1) After payment is being made, Summur & Co.®  DO NOT accept any cancellation of orders - No Refunds will be made, unless items is out of stock

 

♥ Payment Details

1) Payment can be made via Paypal, ibanking or ATM transfers to Summur & Co.®'s POSB/DBS/OCBC/UOB accounts. For ibanking, customer will need to provide us with you ibanking nick and transaction reference. For ATM transfers, customer will need to email us a photo of your receipt.

2) Summur & Co.®  will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided. In the event where we’re unable to verify payments, Summur & Co.® would require the assistance of the customer to process the order as quickly as we can.

3) Dead buyers who go missing after placing their orders will be blacklisted.

4) Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

 

♥ Local(Singapore) Mails

1) Please add an additional $2.70 if customer wish to upgrade to registered postage.

2) Summur & Co.® is not responsible for items lost in the mail if customer opt for Normal postage instead of registered postage.

3) Please give us up to 3 working days for items to be sent out/ For festive period, we will need up to 7 working days.

4) Additional surcharge for Courier Services (Singpost/TaQbin/Maxcellent) are applicable for bulk mails. 

 

♥ Overseas Mails

1) Summur & Co.®  do ship internationally via Singpost Registered Airmail service, Fedex courier services and UPS courier services.

2) Tracking number will be given to customer once we send it out. Customer can track item at the following websites:

http://www.ups.com

3) Postage fees depends on individual customer’s country, the weight of your item(s) and the postal services customer chooses. In order to know how much is customer’s postage, customer will have to register an account with us, add the items to cart, click check out and customer should be able to choose and see the postage fees before making payment.

4) All overseas orders are no longer in our control once it has left Singapore. Customs in other countries may have different policies which Summur & Co.® have no control over it. 

5) Customer may be required to pay duty taxes in their own country due to individual countries' rules and regulations. Summur & Co.® is not responsible for it.

 

 **Please note that it is customer's responsibility to track your own parcel from time to time.

 

♥ Return/Exchange

1) Exchange policy is only strictly for faulty items, and we will do a one-for-one exchange if item is beyond repair.

2) Only when item is no longer in-stock, we will allow refunds OR exchanges for a different item of similar or lower value. Customer can also exchange it to an item of higher value, provided that customer is willing to do a top-up for the difference.

3) All exchange items have to be sent back to us via Registered mail or any courier services with a tracking number. Summur & Co.® reserve the rights to NOT honour the exchange policy IF customer do not provide us with a valid tracking number and/or do not receive customer's parcel.

4) Postage for mailing items back to us will be at customer’s expense, however, we will pay for the postage for mailing the item back to customer.

5) Items on sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We will also not entertain any demands for refunds on the above matters or terms already listed in our terms & conditions.

All customers are deemed to have accepted our terms & conditions (revised) prior to committing to their purchase/s.
